These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your interaction with Camp Somatic, including your sign-up for updates, reservations, and participation in future services, trips, or events offered by Camp Somatic (“Services”). Reservations and Interest Sign-Up
At this time, no trips are currently scheduled. By submitting your information, you express interest in participating in future trips. When trips become available, you will be notified and may choose to reserve a spot, subject to the Terms outlined here.
Payments
Payment policies for future trips will be communicated prior to reservation. Deposits or payments, if required, will be outlined clearly at the time of booking. All payments will be subject to the terms and refund policies communicated at that time.
Changes and Cancellations
We may make changes to trip dates, availability, or pricing. We will promptly communicate any material changes affecting your interest or reservation, and you will have the option to modify or cancel accordingly.
Conduct and Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must observe quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM local time).
- Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of their dependents.
- Guests must follow all rules and instructions provided by Camp Somatic staff or authorized representatives.
Liability and Release of Claims
By expressing interest or participating in future trips, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Camp Somatic, its employees, contractors, partners, agents, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from injury, damage, or loss incurred by you or your dependents during participation in any activities. This does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Camp Somatic.
Medical and Special Needs
Guests are responsible for notifying Camp Somatic of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to participation in activities.
Personal Property
Camp Somatic is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are encouraged to secure personal items and use care with valuables.

Photography and Marketing
